Hotel Villa de Setenil - El Mirador Restaurant
Philosophy - History
This project "Turismo de Setenil" started in 2001 with the purpose of complement the private tourist office management (guides, local craft store, booking of cottages, tourist information) with a hotel with restaurant. The restaurant, called El Mirador, was opened in 2004 and offers a set menu with andalusian food with the touch and tastes of nowadays. At the same time, they carried on working in the hotel, which ends in 2011.

The keys to the project philosophy are new technologies, quality, human resource management, marketing mix and the environment and sustainable development as topics for integrating them.

This all involves for our company being ecologically and environmentally tolerable, economically viable and, from a social and ethics perspective, equitable for local community.
